A comprehensive refurbishment offering 1,359 sq ft of fully fitted workspace within the popular Morelands complex. A cluster of industrial warehouses built between the years of 1905 and 1940, the Morelands complex originally evolved more by demand than by design. And yet over the past two decades, thoughtful and innovative architectural interventions have brought these disparate buildings, passages and entrances together into a characterful home.

The rooms are named Cochin, Zanzibar, Galle, Mombasa, Muscat, Malacca, Mauritius, Cambay, Goa and Calicut. Each room has deft design touches of each ethnic port. Tea Bungalow has 10 large en-suite room.

Experience a stunning 360 degree panoramic view of the mountain ranges that surround the bungalow. Built in 1925, Monica Bungalow is ideal for wildlife experience and camping.
